We are looking forward to welcoming our students to the Inaugural School Year for Blessed Chiara Badano CES on Tuesday September 5th 2023! School starts at 8:10 am.
Students are asked to meet in the school yard, close to the portapack where they will be greeted by their teacher. There will be signage posted on the wall of the portapack indicating the grade and the teacher’s name and we ask that students line up in the appropriate area.
If it rains on the first day of school, all students will enter directly into the portapack and go to their respective classroom. Staff will be available on hand to guide our students new to the premises.
There will be an email sent out to parents/guardians on Monday afternoon informing them of the teacher’s name and classroom number.
Dismissal time is 2:40 pm. To facilitate a smooth dismissal on the first day of school, parents need to communicate to the school the dismissal plan for their child/ren. Parents are encouraged to complete the google form shared with them in the same Monday email as mentioned above. If parents are unable to complete the form online, please write a note to the teacher with the necessary information. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
